CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 291(JUD) am An Act relating to                          
living wills, do not resuscitate orders, anatomical gifts, and the care        
and treatment of persons with serious medical conditions which had             
been held in third reading (page 2921) was before the Senate.                  
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be              
returned to the Rules Committee. Without objection, it was so                  
ordered.
